Between 26 – 28 of May took place at Strasbourg the conference The End of the Beginning? Evaluation and Follow –Up. Representatives of NGOs and institutions from 25 countries, from Europe and other countries, took part to the event.

Laboratory on Fighting against Discrimination

Between 31 of May and 5 of June 2015 Laboratory about Fight against Discrimination took place in a nonformal framework at Gura Portitei, Tulcea county. During this event there were opened various thematic workshops where were discussed new ways to fight discrimination.

The first issue of Civic Arena, a new magazine focusing on the non-profit sector in Europe, with a particular attention to Central and Eastern European countries, has just been launched. REPORT OF THE THEMATIC SESSION APPROACHES RELATED TO THE FIGHT AGAINST HATE SPEECH

Monday, May 15th, took place in Bucharest the thematic session Approaches related to the fight against hate speech, organised by Civil Society Development Foundation. 15 representatives from Romanian NGOs and public institutions attended the session.
